This document is a working draft prepared to reflect ProjectIQ's actual architecture (no persistent storage of raw source or API keys, ephemeral processing, BYOK across every run) as described in the product's internal requirements documentation. It must be reviewed by a qualified attorney familiar with applicable law in the relevant operating jurisdictions (including India's DPDP Act and, if serving EU or US users, GDPR and relevant US state privacy laws) before being relied upon as a final legal document.
